Cancellation & Refund

01. Any payment/advance made by customers online or via our sales executive (RTGS/Bank Transfers) are towards blocking a specified watch(s): details of the watch booked by you will be shared over email by our Sales Team. The booking advance should 50% or more.

02. Elite Hours will not be able to sell the watch booked by you to any other customer.

03. If the booked watch is not in working condition because of a defect, the advance can be used to purchase any other watch of equal or higher MRP at the prevailing MRP and discount of the new watch from Elite Hours.

04. The booked watch will be available for pickup from an Elite Hours store in your city within 10 days. In case there is no Elite Hours store in your city then the watch shall be delivered to your home through courier. The courier and transit insurance charges will be informed to you at the time of payment of the balance amount which will have to be made in advance before the dispatch of the watch

05. Further, If Elite Hours fails to supply the booked watch to you within 10 days of non-lockdown period when free movement of people and goods has been allowed by the State/Central government across India, the advance/payment can be used to purchase any other watch of equal or higher MRP at the prevailing MRP and discount of the new watch from Elite Hours.
