Shipping Policy (10-Day Delivery)

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed only after full payment and successful verification of customer identity (as required for high-value products).

  • Processing and authentication/quality check typically take 2–3 business days.

  • Once cleared, the order is dispatched through our trusted logistics partners.

Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is within 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Metro cities may receive delivery earlier; remote locations may require an additional 2–4 days depending on courier reach and customs/security checks (for high-value shipments).

We don’t promise unrealistic “same day” or “2 day” shipping on luxury watches — each watch is authenticated, serviced (if required), packed securely, and insured before dispatch.

Packaging & Insurance

  • Every shipment is fully insured until it is delivered and signed for by the customer.

  • Products are shipped in tamper-proof and shock-resistant packaging.

  • We may ship watches with or without the original brand box depending on the item; this does not affect authenticity.

Delivery Confirmation

  • Deliveries require signature + government ID verification, strictly to ensure the product reaches the correct recipient.

  • If the customer is unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to us and re-shipping charges will apply.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping across India for all luxury watches.

  • International shipping is available on request. Duties/taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the buyer.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared via email/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

  • If tracking does not update for more than 48 hours, contact our Concierge team.

Address Accuracy

  • The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete/incorrect information.

Order Inspection at Delivery

  • If the package looks tampered, do not accept the delivery.
    Notify us immediately so insurance and courier claims can be initiated.

Shipping Delays

Unavoidable delays can occur due to:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Weather / natural disruptions

  • Security checks (common for high-value items)

We do not offer compensation for delays caused by third-party couriers or external circumstances.
